Tax Assistant, Integrated International Tax

Office location: Ho Chi Minh City and Hanoi

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in preparing proposals and marketing materials with respect to our service offerings
  • Attend meetings with clients and document the facts and information regarding clients’ businesses, transfer pricing policies, tax and customs issues, etc.
  • Conduct financial analyses and prepare analytical reports 
  • Coordinate and work with Managers and team members to successfully deliver transfer pricing/international tax/customs related services to our clients 
  • Assist in necessary administrative tasks relating to the engagements, including internal risk management procedures, billing and invoicing, etc. 
  • Monitor multiple client engagements of varying size and complexity
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of in-house systems and procedures

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in relevant subjects, e.g. accounting, finance, economics, law
  • Competent and literate with the following packages: Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook 
  • Ability to apply an understanding of financial statements and other relevant non-tax financial and business information to the tax, transfer pricing advisory and compliance work, trade & customs advisory and compliance work 
  • Strong organizational, time management skills and effective communication skills
  • Ability to work and perform under pressure with tight deadlines
  • Fluent in both English and Vietnamese
