Saidrakhim joined KPMG Law in 2022. Saidrakhim has experience in working with foreign and local companies providing legal advice on issues related to corporate law, labor law, contract law, currency regulation and other issues related to doing business in Uzbekistan. In addition, Saidrakhim has experience in legal due diligence projects of companies operating in various industries for their subsequent acquisition or reorganization.
