At KPMG, we aim to offer the best Graduate Development Program; we believe that we can provide graduates with the best tools to kickstart their careers through our graduate program, which is designed for talented and passionate graduates with great potentials. Through this program, you will embark on a comprehensive learning and development, journey and familiarize yourself with a range of practices from the various solution groups. Whilst getting involved in the projects from an early stage and working closely with our team of professionals, you will soon be managing operational challenges, obtaining technical expertise, and learning to deal with today’s rapidly changing marketplace.

Our two years graduate development program will provide you with a well-rounded experience in the professional services industry. You will be attending a structured program, with on-job training, ongoing coaching, conversations, regular feedback and mentorship, that will support in enhancing your skills and reaching your full potential. This program will:

Online Assesment
You will be invited to complete an online assessment including English language, logical and numerical reasoning.
In-house assessment and interview
The last stage of selection is our assessment, where successful candidates will be invited to attend our assessment center, where you will get the opportunity to meet the team, some of our business leaders and get the chance to know more about KPMG. The assessment will take place with an assessment center and involve the following:
- Case study and group activity where you will get the chance to demonstrate some of our values by having the courage to work together for better.
- A behavioral interview with the team where we will get the chance to know you better and what motivates you.
