Manager Administration
Locations: Karachi, Lahore & Islamabad
Job Responsibilities
- ▪ In depth understanding of office management procedures and departmental and legal policies;
- ▪ Planning and coordinating administrative procedures and systems and devising ways to streamline processes;
- ▪ Excellent organizational and multi-tasking abilities;
- ▪ Oversee facility services and maintenance activities;
- ▪ Monitor inventory of office supplies and the purchasing of new material with attention to budgetary constraints;
- ▪ An analytical mind with problem-solving skills; and
- ▪ A team player with leadership skills.

Eligibility Requirements
- ▪ Relevant experience of at least 5 years.
- ▪ Bachelors.
- ▪ Proficient in MS Office.
