Manager Administration

Locations: Karachi, Lahore & Islamabad


Job Responsibilities

    Responsibilities may include but are not limited to:
  • ▪ In depth understanding of office management procedures and departmental and legal policies;
  • ▪ Planning and coordinating administrative procedures and systems and devising ways to streamline processes;
  • ▪ Excellent organizational and multi-tasking abilities;
  • ▪ Oversee facility services and maintenance activities;
  • ▪ Monitor inventory of office supplies and the purchasing of new material with attention to budgetary constraints;
  • ▪ An analytical mind with problem-solving skills; and
  • ▪ A team player with leadership skills.


Eligibility Requirements

  • ▪ Relevant experience of at least 5 years.
  • ▪ Bachelors.
  • ▪ Proficient in MS Office.
