Mark Crawford

Mark Crawford is a Private Enterprise partner in our Auckland office and brings with him sound overseas commercial experience in the United States and Japan. After starting his career at KPMG in Auckland, Mark went to work for an entrepreneur in a business where he was directly involved in a number of high-profile mergers and acquisitions. In the late 1990s he went to Washington DC to work for a private equity firm, before being asked to join KPMG’s partnership in Tokyo where he led major engagements for multinational companies and was responsible for liaising directly with both management and directors. He returned to KPMG’s Auckland office in 2009 and joined Private Enterprise full time in 2014. He is passionate about the potential of privately owned businesses and works closely with his clients to develop practical and pragmatic solutions.
