Sher Malhi

In addition to working in the FinTech sector as a CFO, Sher has worked with KPMG’s audit practice across various European offices where his clients have included multinational companies within energy, financial services and information technology space. Sher has extensive experience in managing large audit and advisory engagements including special assignments such as acquisition and divestment audits.

Sher’s core expertise includes risk assessment, complex process mapping, gap analysis and internal controls implementation. Sher has keen interest in disruptive technology and has thorough knowledge of IFRS and emerging accounting guidance on Cryptographic and digital assets.

Sher is a Chartered Accountant and holds a master’s degree in analysis, design and management of information systems from the London School of Economics (LSE).
