Maarten Visser

Maarten is a senior manager in the Digital Sourcing practice of KPMG Advisory. In recent years, Maarten has managed numerous large-scale IT outsourcing projects in both the public and private sector, including drafting companies’ sourcing strategies, and supporting tender processes, negotiations and contracting. He has also supported various clients in financial services with the implementation of European regulation on outsourcing (e.g. EBA and EIOPA guidelines).
