Responsibilities:

·   Supervise the day-to-day activities of audit engagements of various clients

·   Detect and communicate accounting and auditing matters 

·   Identify performance improvement opportunities at clients

·   Coach junior audit staff

·   Supervise high quality documenting of audit procedures and results

·   Interact with clients and project manage audits to help ensure the information flow from the client to the audit team is efficient and audits are performed effectively

 

Requirements:

·   Bachelor's degree or/ and professional qualification in accounting, economics, business management, or a similar business field

·   Passed first Mongolian CPA exam or a significant part of the ACCA program (or equivalent)

·   Minimum 3 years work experience in audit at an international audit firm

·   Fluent in both English and Mongolian

·   Very good communication and interpersonal skills
