Our Advisory team offers the following services to our clients:

Responsibilities:

·   Assist in advisory assignments in support of purchase and/or sale of a business, initial public offering, financial reporting, and other M&A-related matters

·   Support managers in managing project timelines and deliver simultaneous client engagements of varying size, scope, and complexity

·   Conduct economic and industry research and detailed financial analysis

·   Draft detailed reports, analysis, and other client deliverables

·   Provide support in preparing proposals

·   Contribute to effective working culture of the team and development of team morale

 

Requirements:

·   Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business or related field

·   CFA, MICA, ACCA or CPA designation in progress or completed but not required

·   Interest in developing expertise related to valuation concepts and techniques

·   Excellent analytical and writing skills with strong attention to detail

·   Advanced skills in MS Office and general financial modelling

·   Strong proficiency in English

·   Highly motivated, committed, self-starter and ability to prioritize work with changing priorities

·   Experience working in a regional or national accounting practice would be advantageous.
