Before you purchase a training course, we kindly ask you to thoroughly review these Terms and Conditions.

When you submit for a training course, you are acknowledging your intent to buy the course based on these Terms and Conditions.

KPMG Academy retains the right to refuse or cancel your order, or any portion thereof.

If the group is not formed, the KPMG Academy reserves the right to cancel or reschedule the training course and will provide advance written notice to registered trainees.

KPMG Academy retains the authority, at its discretion, to cancel or reschedule the date and time assigned to any training course, for any reason and at any time. If a course is canceled or an attendee is unable to attend the rescheduled date, the individual will receive a refund for the fee paid for the affected training course, and KPMG Academy shall bear no further responsibility or liability.

KPMG Academy may modify the training delivery format, while ensuring that the training content remains consistent with the initially announced content.

Communication regarding the training course will be sent to the internet email address you provided in the registration form. You acknowledge and accept all associated risks with this method of communication, including but not limited to, lack of security and potential delivery unreliability. KPMG Academy disclaims any responsibility or liability concerning risks related to the use of internet email.

For payment purposes, the invoice and relevant documentation (if any) will be sent to the email address specified in the registration form. If you are unable to attend, the payment made is non-refundable.

While we strive to offer accurate and timely information, through our trainings, we cannot guarantee its accuracy as of the date received or its accuracy in the future. It is essential that trainees refrain from taking action based solely on this information and instead seek appropriate professional advice while thoroughly assessing their unique circumstances.

Any materials, references, opinions provided as part of the training course are intended solely for use during the training course. They should not be disclosed, quoted, or referenced, whether in whole or in part, without obtaining KPMG’s prior written consent. Our consent to disclose, quote, or reference these materials/opinions, in whole or in part, to any third party is contingent upon your acceptance of the associated risks, and you agree not to hold KPMG Academy responsible for any consequences resulting from such disclosure.

E-certificates of attendance or notices of attendance will be sent to all participants no later than 10 working days after they have attended the course to the email addresses specified in their application forms.
