Job Responsibilities
-
Responsibilities may include but are not limited to:
- ▪ Design, implement, and maintain the firm's network infrastructure;
- ▪ Configure and troubleshoot Routers, Switches, Firewalls, and other networking Devices;
- ▪ Hands-on experience in configuring Group Policy Objects (GPOs) and management;
- ▪ Hands-on experience with Active Directory Security Groups, Distribution Lists (DLs), and Functional Mailboxes;
- ▪ Monitor network Performance and ensure its reliability and availability;
- ▪ Collaborate with the IT team to design and implement network solutions based on organizational needs;
- ▪ Conduct regular security assessments and implement measures to safeguard network systems;
- ▪ Responsible for taking backups and restoring network devices;
- ▪ Possess the ability to roll out new technology at the firm level;
- ▪ Work with the IT support team to handle daily routine support tasks;
- ▪ Manage and maintain IT Assets Inventory; and
- ▪ Manage and troubleshoot PABX, VoIP, VPNs, LANs, WANs, Firewalls, and other network technologies.
Eligibility Requirements
- ▪ Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- ▪ Proven experience as a Network Administrator or in a similar role.
- ▪ In-depth knowledge of networking protocols, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and VPNs.
- ▪ Hands-on experience with network hardware, including routers, switches, and firewalls.
- ▪ Familiarity with security best practices and the ability to implement security measures.
- ▪ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- ▪ Certifications such as Network Essential, MCSE, CCNA, CCNP, or equivalent are desirable.
