Head of Employee Communications

Our client from consumer sector has strong presence with sizeable workforce in HK.

• Develop and implement employee communication strategies and plans to minimise any employee relations risks
• Create and manage content for internal communication channels, including emails, newsletters, social media, and other platforms
• Ensure consistent messaging and branding across all communication channels
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and departments across the company to facilitate effective communication
• Implement measurement and evaluation strategies to assess the effectiveness of internal communication initiatives, including Employee Engagement Survey
• Stay up-to-date with the latest communication trends and technologies to ensure the company's communication strategies are innovative and effective
• Enhance employer branding and promote the organisational culture which aligns to the values and vision of the company

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Communications, or any relevant fields
• At least 20 years of experience in internal communications, employee engagement, or related fields
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to create clear and concise messaging
• Knowledge of communication technologies and platforms, including email, intranet, social media, and other digital channels
• Proficient in BOTH English and Chinese
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with key stakeholders
