Our client is a well-established locally incorporated Chinese Bank.

• Advise senior management on financial / capital / funding / tax planning and business process to improve the Bank’s overall profitability
• Contribute on improving the effectiveness of the Bank’s assets and liabilities management
• Lead and coordinate activities with regulatory authorities and external auditors on Bank’s financial position and statements
• Prepare financial reporting, develop policies to ensure financial compliance with HKMA and relevant regulatory requirements
• Develop and maintain effective internal control systems and procedures over financial and regulatory reporting and drive for automation or process reengineering to minimize cost and operational risk

• Degree holder in related disciplines, with accounting professional qualifications
• Minimum 10 years of experience in Accounting/Finance, preferably in banking industry
• Exposure to regulatory reporting
