Head of Finance Systems

Our client is an international fashion manufacturer and retailer.

• Act as project lead to drive finance transformation design and implementation of Oracle Finance ERP suite (AR, AP, GL, Inventory, Tax, etc.), consolidation system and other finance systems in the firm's APAC locations.
• Responsible for design and implementation of Oracle finance system.
• Liaise with implementation vendor regarding system design, system setup and testing (i.e. design COA, develop specification, prototyping, system configuration, maintenance, workflow/approvals, security setting and report design).
• Conduct system testing (UAT) and provide system maintenance; ensure data integration, validation and reconciliation.
• Evaluate and implement system upgrade according to changing business needs.
• Collaborate with regional and subsidiary finance teams for consolidation. Work with other internal departments to address system-related issues and requirements.
• Develop and maintain documentation on finance processes - procedures, guidelines, and user manuals.
• Streamline finance process and practices, implement automation and system enhancements for efficiency improvement.
• Lead trainings on systems and related processes.

• Degree or above in Accounting, Finance or related disciplines, accounting qualification required.
• Over 12 years of relevant experience in sizable commercial firms with experience in manufacturing industry and regional exposure in APAC.
• Experienced in finance transformation and system implementation of Oracle EPM, FCCS or HFM (Hyperion) as system administrator.
• Good command of English and Chinese, both written and spoken.
• Strong communication and liaison skills with the ability to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
• Proven record of project management including project setup and implementation.
