Business Strategy Manager

Our client is a global Agri-tech leader specialised in R&D for the vegetable and fruit breeding, and now they are growing very fast in China.

• Assist the general manager to specify the company's short-term and long-term development strategy and promote the implementation of the company's development goals.
• Responsible for budget preparation and supervision of budget implementation, optimize budget implementation.
• Cost tracking and analysis towards savings initiatives.
• Data analysis and competitive product analysis, including market trends, demand changes, competitors, and customer feedback, etc., to form analysis reports.

• +2 years working experience in strategic analysis or consulting is preferred. Also auditing.
• Strong report writing and presentation skills, proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and other office software, good at learning.
• Honest and trustworthy, fair and decent, have a strong sense of responsibility, good teamwork and communication skills.
• Entrepreneurial mindset.
• Language requirements: Chinese and English (fluent in both).
• Nice to have: Ex- Big 4.
