Manager, Talent Acquisition and Employer Branding

Our client is a company with business specialised in innovation and technology.

• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and develop targeted hiring plans
• Conduct pre-screening and selection processes for candidates, including resume review, interviews, and assessments
• Build and maintain relationships with universities to promote the company brand and attract top talents
• Plan and coordinate recruitment events, including career fairs, information sessions, stc.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment to ensure a competitive edge in attracting top talents
• Provide regular reports and metrics on recruitment activities

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or any relevant disciplines
• Proven experience in acquisition, minimum 8 years of experience
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Willingness to occasional travels for recruitment events and campus visits
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems is a plus
