Leasing Manager, Retail

Our client is a reputable property investment firm with multiple mixed-use properties in Hong Kong.

• Key member for supervising and formulating strategic planning on leasing, lease negotiation, tenancy administration etc,.
• Perform market review, explore and identify new potential tenants of strategic value
• Monitoring the overall portfolio and tenant mix for multiple properties to ensure for uplifting the asset value of the property portfolio and propose improvement plans to the Company
• Manage the existing and new key accounts for the Group and maintain good business relationship
• Working closely with internal parties, including but not limited to marketing, property management team, etc.
• Other related duties for a portfolio of shopping malls, office towers and retail shops

• Degree holder from reputable universities
• Minimum 8 years of experience in leasing with track record on revamping exercises on properties is an advantage
• With comprehensive network with tenants and property agencies
• Creative and with good analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong business acumen with proactive attitude and excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese
