Human Resources Director

Our client is an international hospitality with operations around the globe, including Hong Kong. The appointee will serve under their corporate office with regional exposure, supporting multiple hotel properties across the region. 

• Provide strategic HR advice and support to senior management, ensuring effective people management practices and compliance with employment regulations
• Develop and implement HR strategies and policies in alignment with corporate objectives
• Oversee learning and talent management initiatives to meet the business objectives
• Drive employee engagement initiatives, including performance management, talent development, and succession planning
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver training and development programs to enhance employee skills and competencies
• Implement and maintain HR systems and processes to optimize efficiency and accuracy in HR operations
• Cultivate a diverse and inclusive culture and brand building for the group

• Degree holder in Human Resources, Training, Business Administration or related disciplines
• At least 12+ years of relevant experience, preferably from Hotel/Hospitality sector
• Proficient presentation skills, with excellent demand in English and Chinese (optional)
• Strong communicator, enjoy a dynamic and fast pace environment
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
