Our client is a one of the leading commercial property developers in HK and Mainland China with billions of businesses, they are looking for high calibre leasing professionals to join their leasing management team in HK for HK Market.

• Formulate leasing strategies for short-term and long-term development of the company, with key areas including leasing and business management, branding and marketing, services vendor development
• Lead the planning and execution of office leasing to align with corporate mission and vision
• Develop pipelines and extend network with targets for leasing
• Build network and foster the collaborative relationships with professional services providers and tenants
• Deploy key performance index targets and measures to drive continuous business improvement
• Lead the implementation of systematic and analytical review of the market and competitors
• Develop community network and relations

• Degree holder with at least 15 years experience in leasing and asset management executives with track records representing landlord and corporate
• Stable employment records with progressive career development is a strong plus
• Strong business sense with high level of integrity, drive to make a difference for the company
• Proven ability to prescribe what needs to be done and implemented in a business
• Track record of developing proper systems and high ethical standards in sizeable companies
• A mature leader and a team leader with excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
• Good command of English and native Mandarin
