Rhonda is a director in the Engineering & Asset Management team within KPMG’s Infrastructure, Assets & Places division, and is part of the Property & Environmental Services (PES) team. PES provide technical support to clients across the asset lifecycle, including the preparation of vendor and purchaser technical due diligence reports, capital expenditure plans and condition audits, fixed asset management support and consulting across all property asset types. Joining KPMG in 2022, Rhonda specialises in helping organisations embed ESG principles in their day-to-day operations, including energy efficiency programs, decarbonisation pathways, electrification programs, climate adaptation plans and sustainability reviews. Rhonda has been working in environmental management since 2000. This has involved environmental consultancy including environmental management systems and compliance, due diligence assessments, contaminated land management and hazardous materials assessment. She has also worked as an in-house Environment Manager in a facility management and an asset management organisation, as well as within the development and mining sectors.
