Shari is the KPMG Queensland lead in the Finance Strategy & Performance Advisory practice in KPMG's Management Consulting division.

With more than 20 years hands-on business experience, Shari brings an innovative but pragmatic approach to CFOs looking to guide their teams to a new future state.

Shari is a Chartered Accountant with a background in business transformation, finance operations (including financial accounting, transactional processes and the budgeting lifecycle), strategy, finance system implementations, risk management and change management. She joined KPMG in 2018 after a successful career in industry and focuses on transformational programs within the Finance function.

Focused on the end-to-end spectrum of financial management services and digital finance transformation, Shari supports clients across public, private and for-purpose sectors.
