As the Retail sector lead for KPMG's Consulting division, he is a trusted adviser to the CEOs and leadership teams of some the world’s most loved retail and consumer goods brands, helping them to consistently achieve their aspirations. He partners with Retail executives to stay at the forefront of emerging trends and opportunities, drive strategic positioning, sustained growth and end-to-end operational excellence.
Tristan is also dedicated to helping clients transform their end-to-end operations as a Partner in KPMG’s Customer & Operations Advisory team. He offers a keen understanding of organisational and industry challenges, equipping KPMG clients to tackle complex issues to attain consistent customer satisfaction, competitiveness, profitability, and sustainability.
Prior to joining KPMG, Tristan held senior leadership positions across the UK, Europe, and Australia in multinational blue-chip FMCG and consumer goods, on both supplier-side and retail-side in food, non-food and eCommerce across more than 100 retail categories. He was also previously an external advisor in eCommerce, Retail and Consumer Goods for international clients across Asia Pacific.
