- The program is a permanent opportunity with a structured learning pathway for final year students and recent graduates.
- The work we do is diverse, so we look for people from a broad range of degree disciplines, skills, abilities, and backgrounds to represent the communities we work with.
- Choose from a range of career pathways to suit your skills and interests. From finance and accounting to technology and engineering or risk and legal.

How it works
KPMG's graduate program starts yearly in February, with a specially designed induction to welcome and get you up-to-speed quickly.
Continuous learning starts immediately, with the tools you need to build your business acumen and start doing work that matters.
You’ll have dedicated support of a buddy and a performance development manager throughout your career with us.
